Johnson, Contracting Officer, (202) 401-9358 The Administration for Children and Families, Administration on Developmental Disabilities, requires services to provide technical assistance (TA) to the University Affiliated Programs (UAPs). These services include: (1) Update in accordance with 1998 statute language of the UAP and Self-Assessment Guides, (2) technical assistance in community-based core functions targeting full inclusion and focusing on community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities, (3) development and distribution of directory of UAP programs, and (4) technical assistance for the preparation of UAP peer reviews for programs that will be undergoing site visits. As stipulated by P.L. 104-183, this solicitation is set aside for public and non-profit private entities. The anticipated period of performance is one year with two one year options, if exercised.
