The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a qualified organization capable of providing trash pick-up on a requirements basis for the Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, WV. The contractor must supply all equipment necessary to fulfill the terms of this contract, which includes six (6) dumpsters of various sizes, one (1) twenty cubic yard (20-cd) self contained compactor and two (2) twenty cubic yard (20-cd) roll off boxes. The contractor will be required to empty all dumpsters on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week. The compactor will be required to be emptied on Tuesday and Friday of each week. This includes transportation to and from the landfill. Pick up service will also be required at two (2) residential areas on Wednesday of each week. Removal of recyclable materials will be handled on an as needed basis. This contract is not set aside for small business or labor surplus areas. The contract period will be from date of award through September 30, 1999. The contractor awarded this solicitation will be required to house a refuse business within a one hundred (100) mile radius of this facility.
