The Government intends to issue a sole source modification to Scheduled Airlines Traffic Offices (SATO), 1005 North Glebe Road, Arlington VA 22201 under contract number F41691-92-S0001 to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials supervision and other items or services necessary to perform interim management and operation of the commercial travel offices located at Randolph AFB TX, Brooks AFB TX, Lackland AFB TX, Goodfellow AFB TX, and Laughlin AFB TX. The Government is in the process of procuring Commercial Travel Office (CTO) services under solicitation F41691-97-R0037, the performance period for CTO services subject to this CBD announcement will be 1 Aug 98 through 31 Jan 99 and possibly, through 31 Jul 99. The purpose of this extension of services is to allow the government sufficient time to receive and evaluate offers, award a contract and allow for a maximum 90 day phase in period on a CTO follow-on contract (solicitation F41691-96-R0017 issued 17 Oct 97). The government does not intend to award a contract to other than SATO for this extension.
