This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business concerns. This is part
of the Sprague River Community Water System Replacement project which
is funded by the Oregon Economic Development Department (OEDD) and the
Indian Health Service (IHS). The project is a cooperative project
between Klamath County, OEDD, IHS, Sprague River Water Association and
the Klamath Tribe. Construction of an 8-inch community well to a depth
of approximately 350 LF, installation of a 7.5 HP pump and pitless unit
in Sprague River, Klamath County, Oregon. The anticipated contract will
be a firm fixed price contract. The performance period is 30 calendar
days. The estimated range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment
bonds or acceptable alternative payment protection is required. Buy
American Act applies. Indian preference in hiring, suppliers, and
subcontractors is required. Solicitation documents will be available
