Y -- ERFO '97, REPAIR OF STORM DAMAGED ROADS SOL RFP R5-11-98-64 DUE 072798 POC Sue Wickman, Contracting Officer, 530-283-2050 Project ERFO '97 comprises the repair of 13 individual sites of roadway damage caused by the January 1997 floods. Project work contains roadway washout repair and slide removal and includes quality control, construction staking, clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, haul, removal of structures, aggregate surfacing, asphalt surfacing patching, culvert installation, riprap, seeding and mulching. Special Project Specifications, and Solicitation Packages may be obtained by prospective bidders at the Supervisor's Office of the PLUMAS NATIONAL FOREST. Solicitation forms for the Offeror's use in submitting his/her bid (the pink copy) are furnished free of charge. All requests for Plans, Drawings, and Special Project Specifications must be accompanied by a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of $15.00, (Check or Money Order only) payable to USDA Forest Service.
