Proposal closing date of on or about 15 July 98 is changed to read on or about 24 July 98. Performance period is 170 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accodance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written requests for the solicitation will be considered.
