Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract consisting of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials (except Government Furnished Materials) for the repair of Miscellaneous O&M,TWCF, and MFH roof types at McChord AFB, WA. The work includes the following types of roofs: single-ply roofs with EPDM and modified bitumen membranes, clay roofs, concrete tile roofs, and metal roofs. Additionally, miscellaneous work will be required such as: (1) Repair and/or replacement of flashing, gutters and downspouts. (2) Support of journeyman electrical, mechanical, sheet metal, painting, carpentry, masonry and plumbing services required to complete the roofing work. (3) Providing protection and clean-up of building interiors, exteriors and surrounding areas during roof work. (4) Repairs to roof decks and support systems, as required. (5) Cleaning of drains and traps as needed to ensure proper operation of such systems. This is a unit price contract. Performance period consists of a base year of 365 calendar days and two 1 year, pre-priced option periods. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
