Martin, Contracting Officer The scope of work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to replace the existing EPDM roof of Building 40 with a new roof. Also, two generator exhaust stacks will have their insulation replaced and sealed. Building 40 is not a secure building. The roof is accessible from three sides of the building. Work should be accomplished by a roofing contractor with experience in the replacement of commercial building roofs. The performance period for this project is 60 days. The range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118-3399. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The SIC code is 1542, size standard $17.0 Million. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this procurement.
