Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete PNQS 98-4480, Repair Sanitary Sewers, 500 and No Hundred Areas, Maxwell AFB, AL in accordance with specifications and drawings for the repair and restoration of existing sanitary sewer systems in the 500 & N0 Hundred Military Family Housing areas at Maxwell AFB, including but not limited to de-rooting and cleaning lines; installation of new precast manholes; pipeline repairs by insertion and processing of high density polyethylene pipe liner or as an option; by installing an invert-and-cure pipe liner, or repair by pipebusting methods; repair of pipeline defects by excavating and replacing the defective pipe to include restoration of surface features. Project requirements will be made available on or about 30 June 1998. All dates are estimated. Theproposed project listed here is unrestricted; both small and large business concerns may bid. The size standard of this project is that for which a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sales receipts for its preceding three fiscal years shall not be in excess of $17,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification is 1623. NOTICE TO OFFEROR: This is a straddle year project. Funds are not presently available for this solicitation. Award of a contract as a result of this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment of this contract may be made. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the government for contract purposes until funds are made available to the contracting officer.
