The work includes but is not limited to: demolition, asbestos insulation removal, installation of new ceramic floor and wall tiles, new lockers, lighting fixtures, new toilet and shower partitions, electrical and plumbing work and miscellaneous associated work. This Invitation for Bids is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business participation and is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The applicable SIC Code is 1542. Plans and specifications will be available at a non-refundable charge of $45.00 per set.
