Morten Jr. (573) 596-0246 Contarcting Officer Darlene Pemberton (573) 596-0248 (Site Code DABT31) The project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials and performing all work in accordance with the specifications and drawings, to replace high temperature supply and return piping in the 1700 area -- Specker Barracks Complex, Phase II, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The work includes, but is not limited to; demolition and replacement of sidewalks, parking lots, and roads; excavation and backfill of pipe trenches; manhole wall coring; installation of preengineered prefabricated insulated underground piping system; installation of cathodic protection; demolition and installation of piping in manholes and building mechanical rooms; tie-in to existing system at heat plant; and surface restoration. Project completion time is 365 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The range of the project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,500,000.00.
