The components to be procured are 25 each clevis pins (Pioneer UAV, Inc. Part Number 2927-41765), 60 each washer flats (Pioneer UAV, Inc. Part Number 63551-40025-1), 60 each washer flats (Pioneer UAV, Inc. Part Number 63551-40026-1), 70 each bushings (Pioneer UAV, Inc. Part Number 63551-40027-1), 5 each meters (Pioneer UAV, Inc. Part Number 2927-31600), 5 each module light assemblies (Pioneer UAV, Inc. Part Number 2928-23079), 5 each switches (Pioneer UAV, Inc. Part Number 2928-31009), 10 each nuts (Pioneer UAV, Inc. Part Number 2928-42150), 6 each catches (Pioneer UAV, Inc. Part Number 2928-90108), 5 each switch toggles (Pioneer UAV, Inc. Part Number 2950-33624), and 3 each switch assemblies (Pioneer UAV, Inc. Part Number 2950-70730). This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis with Pioneer UAV, Incorporated, PO Box 738, Hunt Valley, MD 21030-0738. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. Pioneer UAV, Inc. is the only authorized distributor of the above listed aircraft and system components and owns the proprietary data rights. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Delivery of the aircraft and system components is to NAVAIR ISS Facility, Building 612 Bay 12, MCAS Beaufort, Beaufort, SC 29904-5010.
