Scope: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, services, equipment and transportation necessary to install and start-up the chiller located at the Base Exchange according to the statement of work(sow) and construction documents. This includes all electrical, mechanical, and necessary equipment such as crane service. Contractor shall remove the existing fence, cooling tower, chiller and disconnect all electrical, pumps and piping material. Contractor shall furnish and install new Trane model RTAA 100 Series R Rotory Air Cooled Chiller or approved equal. Existing concrete tower pad shall be removed and a new six-inch concrete chiller pad shall be poured and located at existing site. All equipment removed by the contractor shall be removed from the base. Anticipated issue date of solicitation is 20Jun98. A site visit is schedualed for 1July98 at 0900.
