for an electron gun with 500 eV to 20 KeV electron gun mounted on 2
3/4" conflat flange, bakeable (350 degree C max) and UHV compatible,
computer/remote control of 0 to 10 V analog programming at ground
potential to control beam voltage and -10V -+100V for deflection,
energy stability of 0.005% (or better) at full output, controls
provided for beam energy, beam focus, cathode heating, Wehnelt
electrodes and X and Y centering deflection voltages, digital meter
monitors beam energy, focus voltage, deflection voltages, cathode
current, Wehnelt voltage and emmission current, beam current standard:
10nA to 100uA, small spot 1nA to 1uA and enhanced current 1uA to 1mA,
spot size standard: 500 um to 25mm, small spot 100um to 10mm and
