Meckel, Contracting Officer, 703-614-4577 On behalf of the U.S. Army Research Institute and in accordance with FAR Part 6.3, the Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to award a purchase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole source basis to the University of Ottawa for a specialized study entitled "Army Culture". The contractor will be required to perform a study and analysis, within an integrated framework, to provide the Army with an understanding of the nature of Army organizational culture, as well as its relation and impact to Army functions. The proposed research will contribute to the development of a conceptual model and provide empirical evidence regarding parameters. There is no solicitation document.
