The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport anticipated purchasing services, on a Firm Fixed Price basis. These services shall be for the conducting of an ongoing comprehensive evaluation of the published professional literature containing scientific information generated on the biological and health effects of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation for the frequency range of 1 -300 Hz. Quarterly and annual reports will be required. Total term of the contract will be for five years. Funding may not be available to support the entire five year term. Consequently, the basic contract may be awarded for only three months with the remaining 4.75 years being split into 19 three month options. A technical proposal will be required in response to the RFP. Offerors will be required to address personnel and past performance. The resulting contract will be awarded to offeror submitting a technically acceptable proposal offering the Best Value to Government. The Government intends to make a single award.
