The conference will be held on July 7th between 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in Room C-7 of the Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office, 810 Vermont Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20420. In preparing for the re-compete we will be interested in exploring streamlined acquisition procedures such as the use of other Government agencies existing network contracts, Blanket Purchase Agreements against General Service Administration Federal Supply Schedule Contracts, FTS 2001, etc. We will also consider -- e.g. pricing of service, measures of quality, contract length, timeframes required to transition from one network to another.
