The USCG Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific proposes to contract for the drydocking and repair of USCGC BLUEBELL (WLI 313). The BLUEBELL is homeported in Portland, OR. All work will be performed at the contractor's facility. Contractor must possess or have access to a facility capable of drydocking a 100 ft vessel.
