This project is located on the Sierraville Ranger District. The site can be reached by proceeding North on State Hiway 89 from Truckee, CA., 14.3 miles. (Little Truckee Summit). Proceed Northeast on Road #451 approximate 5.4 miles to Bear Valley Campground. Continue Northeast on Road #04 for 1.2 miles to first location, second location is 0.3 miles up the road.
