The project consists of pavement reconstruction and slide repairs at Mile Post 235.2 and Mile Post 266.7. The project work includes aggregate base and hot asphalt concrete pavement placement, rock embankment construction, drainage improvements and other miscellaneous work. Principal items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: Roadway excavation, 1,230 m3; Special rock embankment, mechanically-placed, 1,100 m3; Geogrid reinforcement, uniaxial, 3,000 m2; Hot asphalt concrete pavement, Class A, Grading D, 300 t; Remove and reset stone masonry, 7 m3.
