Senior Contracting Officer This acquisition is set-aside for Small
Business Concerns. Construction of two (2) standpipe water storage
reservoirs and water main to connect the reservoirs to the community
water systems of Worley, Idaho and Malott, Washington. Construct one
(1) standpipe water storage reservoir for the City of Worley, Coeur d'
Alene Indian Reservation, Idaho, approximately 289,000 gallons, welded
or bolted steel, concrete foundation, and install approximately 100 LF
of PVC and DI piping. Construct one (1) standpipe water storage
reservoir for the Malott Tribal Community, Colville Indian Reservation,
Washington, approximately 120,000 gallons, welded or bolted steel,
concrete foundation, and approximately 100 LF of PVC and DI piping. The
anticipated contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The period of
performance is 90 calendar days. The estimated range is between
$250,000 and $500,000. Performance and payment bonds are required. Buy
American Act applies. Indian preference in hiring, suppliers and
subcontractors is required, including meeting respective Tribal
ordinances. Solicitation documents will be available approximately July
