Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace two 1050 gpm cooling towers with two 1550 gpm cooling towers, replacing two 1050 gpm condenser water pumps with two 1550 gpm pumps, installing variable frequency drives for the two new and one existing condesner water pumps, and miscellaneous piping, electrical, and control modifications. This project is subject to the availability of funds. The cost range is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000.
