This includes the preparation of complete drawings and specifications delineating all work to be performed, signed and sealed by a registered professional architect or engineer; demolition and removal of all excess vents, etc., and patching holes; design and construction of light metal structural system to support the new roof; design and construction of new metal roof (roof shall have a hip configuation; battens shall be mechanically seamed; minimum slope 2 on 12; factory warranty; venting system for new roof); R 38 roof insulation; design and construction of a gutter and drainage system for the roof; all flashings and additional items needed for a complete job. The existing building is one story with a flat concrete plank roof structure with a built-up gravel roof. The existing building is approximately 11,000 square feet and a square configuation. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. All interested parties may submit an offer which will be considered.
