The project includes, but is not limited to the removal/replacement/repair of existing pavements and curb and gutters, site grading, installation of new base courses, construction of asphalt or cement pavements, construction of new curbs and gutters, seal coats, sodding and seeding. Performance period for resultant requirements construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be one (1) basic year plus three (3) option years. Magnitude of this project is between $0.00 and $10,000,000.00. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal -- Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT).
