This is a Presolicitation Notice. The work includes wholehouse repairs and improvements to 105 existing housing units. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: upgrades for handicapped accessibility and adaptability; interior demolition of walls, doors, finishes, shelving, cabinetry, equipment, plumbing fixtures and piping, HVAC and electrical systems; provision of new laundry room construction consisting of new floor, exterior wall and roof construction; repair and refurbishment of existing aluminum framed windows, storm windows, and steel doors, interior reconstruction and provision of a new walls, doors, finishes, shelving, cabinetry, equipment and appliances, plumbing fixtures and piping, HVAC, and electrical lighting, power, telephone, television and life safety systems; replacement of aluminum gutters and downspouts; replacement of exterior patios and privacy fencing; provisions of storage sheds; landscaping and screening of condensing units, provision of neighborhood recreational and playground amenities, trash receptacles, community and building signage, street lighting, sidewalks and incidental related work. The work includes, but is not limited to: removal, replacement, and provision of a new neighborhood utility systems including sanitary sewer piping, natural gas piping, electrical power transmission lines and transformers, street lighting, communication lines, street pavement milling and repaving. The cost is $78.00 for each half-size set and $400.00 for each full-size set. This price includes priority mail postage.
