Provide labor, material, equipment, and supervision for the re-roofing and exterior painting of buildings at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Tropical Fruit, Vegetable, and Ornamental Crops Laboratory in Honolulu, Hawaii. Work shall include, but not be limited to, recondition existing roofs, new roofing over existing, localized area lead paint removal, exterior painting including preparation. All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. Invitation for Bid No. 28-91H2-98 will be available on or about June 23, 1998. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
