This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is MDA113-98-Q-0254 and is issued as a request for quotations. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. The items acquired are to be delivered and installed at Offutt AFB, NE on or before 30 JUN 98. FAR clause 52.212-1, "Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items" applies to this solicitation. There are no addenda to the provision. Offers shall be evaluated for award based on technical compliance, price, and past performance.
