The United States Government has a requirement for 26 each Condenser Assembly Kits P/N 5881340, 23 each Liquid Line kits P/N 5881342, 28 each Vapor Line kits P/N 5881343, 23 each Harness Assembly kits, P/N 5882047, 23 each Evaporator Assembly kits P/N 5971354, 23 each Electronic Controller kits P/N 5972043, and depot lay-ins for the kits. The Vapor Cycle Kits are required in support of the ES-3A mission avionics program. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, Parker Hannifin Corporation of Irvine, California in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own a complete drawing package adequate for competition of the items that are components of the Vapor Cycle System for the ES-3A aircraft. Delivery of the items will be required 120 days after contract award. Inspection and acceptance is to be at source with delivery f.o.b. origin Parker Hannifin. Request For Proposal N00164-98-R-0092 is to be issued on or about 25 June 98. Offers are due no later than 2:00 PM (EST) on or about 27 July 98.
