SERVICE LINE IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT The Government intends to negotiate solely with Boston University for assistance and coordination with the VHA service line implementation. The VA expects to award a contract by July 31, 1998. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competetive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competetive procurement.
