S -- OBTAIN SEWAGE SLUDGE AND GRIT REMOVAL SERVICES SOL N62467-98-B-4954 DUE 081198 POC Debbie Foss, Contract Specialist 843/525-3527 extension 227 The intention of this solicitation is to obtain sewage sludge, grit, and bar screen rackings removal services at Marince Corps Recruit Depot, Marine Corps Air Station and Laurel Bay Housing Area by means of a indefinite quantity contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, and licenses necessary to collect and dispose of sewage sludge, grit, and bar screen rackings. This procurement will be a 100% set-aside to small business. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 4212. The small business size standard is $18.5M. The contract will be written for a base year with four (4) one-year options. This solicitation will result in a fixed price requirement contract.
