Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required for the partial demolition, renovation and new additions to a Chapel building (B-2435). Work on the project includes demolition of existing doors and door frames, lighting, roofing, lead and asbestos abatement and certain other interior construction. New work includes new exterior and interior walls, two (2) accessible toilets, kitchen, meeting rooms, windows, doors and door frames, lighting metal roofing, millwork and cabinetry, ceilings, floor finishes, fire sprinkler systems and HVAC equipment in accordance with plans and specs. 2. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. 3. Specifications will be available on or about 25 Jun 98 at no charge until supply is exhausted. 4. All requests shall be on letter size stationary only.
