The successful contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, labor, equipment and service to construct a USPS owned facility of approximately 14,341 square feet on 2.1 acre USPS owned site located at 495 Deinhard Avenue, McCall ID 83638-9998. The contractor shall use the plans and specifications providing site clearing, earthwork, site work, landscaping, concrete and masonry, rough carpentry, casework, EIFS, metal roofing, steel, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances and storefront, hardware, glazing, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and lighting. The estimated cost range is $1.9 million to $2.1 million. The performance period is 240 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice-to-Proceed.
