Y -- CONSTRUCT 8,000 SF STORAGE BUILDING, CWC 740, MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE, ALBANY, GA SOL N62467-97-B-3531 DUE 080498 POC Judy Washington at (912) 439-5959, ext 16 The scope of work for this project is the construction of a pre-engineered metal building approximately 80' x 100' on a new reinforced concrete foundation with standing seam metal roof, metal siding, power-operated roll-up doors and lighting system. Two personnel access doors will be provided, one in the front and one in the right side of the building. Reinforced concrete driveways will be provided at the front and on each side. Ventilation will be provided by operable mechanical roof vents. A fire sprinkler system will be provided. Gas and air utilities will be stubbed up outside the building for future use. Water and electric service will enter the building for the sprinkler system and for power. Estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Time for completion is 210 days from award. This is an unrestricted solicitation.
