This project includes the installation of steel pipe pilings to anchor the free end of the trash boom on the Pawtucket Canal in Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, Massachusetts. The project includes mobilization of the equipment necessary to handle and drive the piles as shown on the plans and detailed in the specifications including related work as necessary to complete the job. The estimated construction range of this project is $25,000.00. This solicitation is issued pursuant to P.L. l00-656 Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and is open to all size firms.
