Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary to install approximately 600 lin. ft. of medical oxygen piping and necessary fittings above an existing lay-in ceiling to connect an existing skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility's "stand alone" medical oxygen supply system to an existing supply line from the medical oxygen system to add additional oxygen outlets in existing patient care rooms, correct existing oxygen piping deficiencies, install all necessary medical oxygen alarms and system devices as required by codes and provide all certification of the involved work. All work shall be performed in accordance to the project plans, specifications governing codes, and regulations. Project #609-98-113. Estimated cost range: between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC 1711. Site visit is scheduled for 7/16/98, 10:00 AM CST, Building 13, Room 103, Conference Room.
