Z -- MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF BUILDINGS, FACILITIES AND STRUCTURES SOL DAKF29-98-B-0028 DUE 080698 POC Contract Specialist Rebecca Fowler (609) 562-3251 (Site Code DAKF29) Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and perform all work required for the Maintenance and Repair to buildings, facilities and structures at various USARCs and Federal Installations throughout the western United States which includes the following states: North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and California for the period of 1 September 1998 or date of award if subsequent thereto through 31 August 1999 with three one year option periods. This will be an indefinite quantity contract solicited unrestricted under DIGS. The government guarantees a minimum ceiling of $100,000.00 for each of the performance periods and a maximum ceiling of $6,000,000.00 for each of the performance periods. The cost range is more than $10,000,000.00. The bid opening date is approximate only. Solicitation packages will be $250.00 each (non- refundable).
