Armstrong (970) 490-7216; Cheryl Smith (970) 490-7523 The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes removing transfer track, concrete foundations, electrical equpment, drains, power and control cables; excavation for foundations and trenches; foundations for steel structures and electrical equipment; completing installation of three-phase power transformers; removing and reinstalling single-phase power transformers; furnishing and installing grounding system, conduit, insulated conductors and cables and bus systems. This project is located in Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado. The estimated order of magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy FREE OF CHARGE. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 5.102(3), Western procurement officials will limit availability of solicitations. Therefore, only A LIMITED NUMBER of copies of this solicitation will be available to be distributed by this office. Copies of this solicitation will be issued on a "first-come, first-served bases". Additional copies of this solicitation will be available through various "Plan Holders Rooms". All work for all of the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) must be completed NLT within 210 calendar days. Bid Bonds, Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required. There will be only one award made from this solicitation. Therefore, all Bidders must submit their bids on an "all or none basis". This solicitation will be issued on or about June 29, 1998.
