The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to remove, replace, and repair exterior duct and piping insulation on roofs A, B, D, and E at this medical center. Work includes such items as new 1-1/2" rigid insulation, mastic and open weave glass fabric, weatherproof sealer, pipe insulation and aluminum jacketing. This is a total set-aside for Small Business. The construction cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. The Standard Industrial Code is 1761. Solicitation documents will be available approximately June 29, 1998. All requests for bid packages shall be in writing addressed to the Contracting Officer and accompanied by a $50.00 deposit in the form of a CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER. Deposit is refundable upon return of bid documents. Faxed requests will not be accepted. Bids must be received in Room 1B112 not later than July 30, 1998 at 2:00pm Local Time.
