Amendment 001 is issued to provide the following changes and clarification: A) Change offer due date and time from: 06-18-98, 2:00 P.M.; to 07-14-98, 1:30 P.M. local time; B) Add 4 pages of attachments to "Fiberglass Door Specifications" under "Mortise Prep" identified as "Falcon Specification Sheet"; C) Add the following to Section V.D.-Site Visit: Appointment must be made by calling Todd McCampbell, Facility Mgr. @ 213-485-0439 ext.128 or ext. 112; D) Add the following requirement to block 20 of Standard Form (SF) 1449: Time for delivery: must be "completed" no later than sixty (60)calendar days after receipt of order; E) Block 10 of SF 1449 is changed from "Unrestricted", to: "100% set-aside for small businesses". This Amendment will be faxed and mailed to prospective offerors who already sent a request for this solicitation package. If as a result of this amendment, you desire to change an offer already submitted, such change maybe made by letter.
