The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, and equipment to include parts, documentation and related services to repair/maintain eight (8) clean rooms. Location and quantity of clean rooms are as follows: three (3) each in Bldg 350, one (1) each in Bldg 426, and four (4) rooms in Bldg 370, located at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. Contractor shall have the skill to diagnose any problem and the skill and tools to make the necessary repair. This is a Time and Materials Contract with options. Periods of Performance: Base Year: 1 December 1998 thru 30 November 1999, 1st Option Year: 1 December 1999 thru 30 November 2000, 2nd Option Year: 1 December 2000 thru 30 November 2001, 3rd Option Year: 1 December 2001 thru 30 November 2002 and 4th Option Year: 1 December 2002 thru 30 November 2003. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. No telephone requests will be accepted. There is a $25.00 charge for this solicitation package and only money orders or cashier checks will be acceptable. Any check collection vouchers submitted with any form of personal check (be it from a personal account or a business account) will be rejected.
