99 -- TESTING ADMINISTRATOR SOL RFQ 252-0003 DUE 080798 POC Lori Rarig, 717-544-7311, Contracting Officer The Federal Bureau of Prisons is requesting non-personal services for a Testing Administrator. The solicitation packages will be available on July 15, 1998 with an anticipated bid opening on or about August 7, 1998. The successful bidder will be responsible for all education testing. The incumbent would also be responsible for correcting and scoring of the ABLE/CTBS, PreGed, and CASAS exams. They will also be responsible for the inspection, supervision and preparation of the official GED exam and the NOCTI exam. The incumbent would be required to have an Associate degree in any field or high school diploma with two years experience in a related field. The contract period is for one year with two one year options to extend the term of the contract. Additionally, the successful bidder will be required to pass a background investigation.
