The solicitation packages will be available on July 15, 1998 with an anticipated bid opening on or about August 7, 1998. The successful bidder will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the institution print shop consisting of a Gestetner 5373 comp printer or compatible, collator, electric paper cutter, jogger, punch& binder, stapler and Martin Yale Auto Folder. The contract period is for one year with two one year options to extend the term of the contract. Additionally, the successful bidder will be required to pass a background investigation.
