The solicitation packages will be available on July 15, 1998 with an anticipated bid opening on or about August 7, 1998. The successful bidder will be responsible for the provision of professional religious services in the specialty of the Jewish faith, a bona-fide Rabbi. Services will be three hour sessions one day a week. The contract period is for one year with two one year options to extend the term of the contract.
