B -- MODIFICATION TO CVR SETA CONTRACT DUE 072298 POC Timothy Houston, Negotiator, (703) 325-1469, Edward L. Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028 Center for Verification Research (CVR) SETA Contract Modification. Effort will include but not be limited to re-establishing and continuing the provision and compliance and implementation support to the conventional and strategic arms control treaty managers in OSD to insure there is no interruption of treaty critical support during this uncertain period of reorganization in the arms control community. The work is currently contracted by Washington Headquarters Services and performed by Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Contractor personnel will require DoD security clearances of Top Secret with RD, CNWDI, FRD, SCI, Non-SCI, SAI, NATO, FGI, LDI, and WINTEL. Contemplated period of performance is 4 months for the base period and 3 months for the option period. The projected start date is Aug 98. The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) plans to award this additional work to SAIC, 1710 Goodridge Drive, P.O. Box 1303, McLean, VA 22102.
