F -- UPDATE TO CURRENT AIR EMISSION LEVELS SOL N00168-98-Q-XB46 DUE 062698 POC Ms. Tracy Holland (301) 295-0294 The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) in Bethesda, MD facilities management department is seeking sources to provide and secure an update of the annual esimate of air emissions for criteria pollutants including HAPS and VOC's from sources throughout the NNMC. The number of sources are estimated to be around 250 and will include, but are not limited to fuel burning equipment, chemical fume hood operations, painting operations, storage tanks, general processes, area sources, on road mobile sources, and non-road sources. Previous emission inventory reports, the Part 70 permit application, the soon to be completed Ozone Depleting Substance inventory, and a fume-hood assessment will be used as background information to compile a list of existing air emission sources. Emission levels of each criteria pollutant will be verified and reported in complete detail for each source. This contract shall be for the duration of the task.
