The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Technology Service Corporation, 11400 W Olympic Blvd., Ste 300, Los Angeles, CA 90064-1550 an increase in the duration (additional 10 months) and ceiling of contract N60921-94-C-A313. The increased duration and ceiling will provide coverage until such time as the processing of a follow-on contract can be completed. The increased effort is for engineering and technical support for the AN/SPY-1A/B/B(v)/D and EDM-4B radars to include radar system engineering, performance assessment, control group operational readiness, test and analysis facility engineering and shipboard operations analysis. This work will be in support of AEGIS life cycle engineering and development monitoring effects at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division. This requirement is for approximately 30,000 hours.
