Performance to begin on/about 1 Oct 98 with basic plus four (4) options: 1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99, 1 Oct 99 through 30 Sep 00, 1 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01, 1 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 02, 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03. The work shall include collection and treatment of wastes, treatment of water, corrective and preventive maintenance, minor maintenance and repair operation of treatment facilities, report preparation, laboratory analysis and other services as specified.
