The solicitation packages will be available on July 15, 1998 with an anticipated bid opening on or about August 7, 1998. The successful bidder will be responsible for evaluation, referral, and brief counseling, in the areas of substance abuse, mental health, relationship/family problems, and personal development for employees and family members at FCI Schuylkill. The clinicians will be certified/licensed/supervised to provide the above described services. A licensed Psychologist and/or Board-Certified Psychiatrist will supervise overall clinical servcies. The contract period is for one year with two one year options to extend the term of the contract. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
