The purpose of the meeting planning program is to provide assistance in meeting planning, logistical planning, marketing, budget preparation, pre-registration, on site logistics, planning, and overall post-meeting evaluation fo MTV. The Conference Planning/Meeting Planning services are required to replicate the GSA conference held by the Public Buildings Service in 1997 for the Office of Governmentwide Policy which will require the same meeting planning, logistical planning and overall post-meeting evaluation.
