WETLANDS CROSS CORRELATION PILOT The Environmental Protection Agency plans to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Earth Satellite Corporation. This acquisition will improve the current means of collecting environmental measurements by testing, evaluating and implementing innovative technologies. After extensive internal and external programmatic and scientific peer review, EPA has determined that the best method for collecting environmental measurements is the wetlands cross correlation technique. This acquisition will buy proprietary products and services that will allow EPA to evaluate the accuracy and cost effectiveness of the technique in a variety of ecoregions and wetlands environment.
